Panic over bioenergy decisions

A huge grain surplus causes a massive collapse in grain prices

Until about 200 years ago, agriculture and forestry supplied energy, raw materials and food. Cheap coal, oil and natural gas pushed them out of these fields. With all resources becoming scarcer, agriculture and forestry must win back the areas they have lost.

Agriculture and forestry alone are able to cover our entire energy needs from 100% renewable energy for ever – with an energy mix of wind, PV, solar thermal, biomass and hydropower – in order to replace climate-damaging fossil and nuclear energy cleanly and for good.
