GAIA is the largest movement for independence in Europe — carried by people who voluntarily support what matters to them. Almost all content on the platform is freely accessible and is meant to stay that way. Your supporting membership keeps the editorial team and the platform independent — and gives you the community’s rights to take part: comment, submit, help shape.
The four membership levels
Yearly membership: pay for 10 months, be a member for 12.

Basic
Your way into the community.
€5 per month or €50 per year

Good to know
Do I have to be a member to read along?
No. Almost all content on the platform is freely accessible — and it will stay that way. Membership is a form of support: it sustains the work of the Society for Self-Sufficiency and gives you the community’s rights to take part.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the membership can be cancelled at any time. In accordance with our statutes, contributions already paid are not refunded.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card, processed by our payment provider Stripe, or with PayPal. We do not currently offer payment by bank transfer.
