The first fresh mandarins of the season are here

Ruth lets you know that the new season has just begun with mandarins.

Ruth PalomeroDear customers and friends, we are delighted to let you know that our online shop is now open again for the 2018/2019 season. Next Monday, 22 October, we will ship our products for the first time this season. If you like, you can already order your mandarins here:

ORDER MANDARINS (German)

Just like last year, we are opening the season with the Oronules clementine, an early mandarin that is undoubtedly delicious and, as always, completely natural and full of flavour. We have also found that it has hardly any pips.

Find out more about the characteristics of these varieties and the harvest calendar in the Our products (German) section of our website. As you know, our citrus fruit is not treated in any way after harvesting, so that we can offer a more natural product with the best possible taste and aroma. That is why the clementines keep for about 20 days on average after harvesting.

We would also like to let you know that we have improved the traceability system for our boxes. When you view your orders on our website, you can get to know the person who picked your oranges or see the grove they come from. You will also have the tracking code of the courier delivering your box, in case you want to follow its whereabouts in real time. This new system, together with other changes in the warehouse, also helps to improve working conditions for our workers.

As for the oranges, the first Navelinas will be ripe around 12 November. When that moment comes, we will let you know in a new email.

We are very much looking forward to the new season and hope you will visit us again. Order your box of mandarins – as they are the first of the season, they are twice as good!

Orangen frisch nach Hause

We would like to point you to direct shipping from Ruth Palomero’s orange plantation in València. There you can order oranges and mandarins directly from the farmer to your home, without any middlemen. It (almost) doesn’t get any fresher or more convenient. We gain nothing financially from orders. We are simply happy to recommend it.
