Infinity "Island Test"
A world premiere – a unique endurance test in front of government officials.
In the middle of a rough stretch of terrain on a Korean island, Infinity SAV put its generator through an endurance test. We have received a large amount of photo and video material.
Infinity had announced it, and a few days ago the time had come.
The prototype of the Infinity generator was taken out into the open and, before curious eyes, underwent an endurance test lasting several hours with numerous loads connected. Previous talks with Korean government officials were the occasion for this outing.
For this purpose the generator was converted to pneumatic tyres beforehand and the cable runs were protected against external influences. Incidentally, it is the same generator that I had already seen indoors at numerous presentations in the past.
The test had a total running time of approx. 7 hours – with the generator producing electricity without interruption for approx. 5 hours, including the connected loads. We are currently trying to obtain permission from everyone involved to publish the uncut video covering the entire running time as well.
Hello Andrii, hello Sean – hello Infinity, our warmest congratulations on passing this outdoor test.
All that remains for us is to look forward with you to the endurance test lasting several days under (our) laboratory conditions, and we will be happy to report again as soon as there is interesting news.
Few technology owners have so far ventured out into the open. Within Infinity, this exercise also served in particular to rule out any effects of transport stresses. Neither various shocks or vibrations, nor the external and internal temperature differences, nor the uneven ground had any influence at any time on the start-up of the generator or on its continuous output.
