Nature school in Paraguay seeks educators

We are looking for companions & co-creators for our nature school! ❤️
In Alma Hills we are building a very special nature school for children aged 4 to 18, in the middle of nature, with plenty of space to discover, learn, play and create.
For this, we are looking for people who bring experience, knowledge or simply a great passion for children, nature and free learning, either on site in Paraguay or online.
We would like to start in November 2026.
The surroundings will then be ready and already offer many possibilities:
-
Our lodge as a starting point
-
A small self-sufficiency garden
-
A playground
-
Plenty of space and a large forest of our own
-
Wood for crafting and building
-
A large pool
-
Opportunities for animals and nature projects
-
Plenty of room for sport, movement and adventure
The first children are already waiting and are looking forward to starting with us with a Jungle Camp. 🌴
We want to create a school where children can learn with their hands, be outdoors, get creative, take on responsibility and discover their own interests.
Do you have experience in education, nature-based education, Waldorf, Montessori, permaculture, crafts, sport, art, music, languages or other fields?
Or would you simply like to be part of the building process and contribute your ideas?
Then we would be delighted to hear from you. ❤️
Accommodation on site is available.
