The magazine Rubikon has been discontinued

Rubikon – topics rarely found in the mass media
Rubikon was published in Mainz, Germany. It was written by independent journalists all over the world who wanted to address the critical mass. From 2020 to 2022 we regularly presented a selection of its articles on our platform.
“Since enlightenment must not be a privilege of the wealthy, our web magazine has no paywall and no articles that suddenly break off in an attempt to cash in on readers’ curiosity.”
— from “Der Rubikon sagt danke” (Rubikon says thank you), 2021
“We at Rubikon fight with heart and mind for good journalism and a more humane world.”
— from the Rubikon newsletter at the turn of the year 2021/2022
Why you have ended up here
The German-language online magazine Rubikon has not been published since 2023. Its articles at rubikon.news are no longer available, and the address now leads to Rubikon-Verlag, the book publisher. So that the links in our posts do not lead nowhere, they point to this page.
Some of the former editorial team now continue their work at the magazine Manova. The book publisher still exists.
