The taste of mandarins ripened on the tree
This week we are still harvesting the early mandarin varieties we started the season with: Clemenrubí and Orogrós.
These varieties are currently at their optimum ripeness, and their flavour is not at all comparable with that of the mandarins you can buy in the supermarket at the moment. What is our secret? Actually it is no secret: our oranges and mandarins ripen naturally on the tree. They are harvested ripe, packed immediately and shipped the same day, without being stored in cold rooms or ripened artificially. So it is as if you were eating the mandarins fresh from the tree. In the coming weeks we will offer further products and varieties in our shop: first come the conventionally grown Navelina oranges. A few days later, our organically grown mandarins and oranges will follow. As soon as they are available on our website, we will of course let you know.
We look forward to seeing you in our online shop!

Ruth Palomero
Orangenfrischnachhause

For years we have been pointing to direct shipping from Ruth Palomero’s plantation in València.
There you can order oranges and mandarins directly from the farmer to your home, independently of intermediaries. It (almost) doesn’t get any fresher or more convenient. We have no financial advantage from orders. We simply like to recommend it.
