Autarkie & Me • Episode 12 • Doing Business Regionally

12th broadcast of “Autarkie & Me” – doing business regionally

In the twelfth episode, Gerhard Pellegrini and gottfried herrmann talk with Dieter Budinsky about the Lean method and its possible effects. They also talk about the financial system, taxes and their view of the economic situation. How can the regional economy be supported with the Lean method?

Topic: “Doing business regionally with LEAN management”

Today’s business world faces ever greater challenges. These include a highly dynamic and hard-to-predict market as well as employees’ changing needs. This growing complexity and uncertainty often lead to overload, especially among managers, who have usually come into these roles because of their professional qualifications. The ACON approach combines the LEAN philosophy with an employee-oriented corporate culture. This combination forms the basis for a learning organisation that opens up new opportunities and possibilities in an agile and lively way.
