A few words about ila: There is no universally valid truth – neither in science nor in the exchange of opinions. Integral means naming, listening to and exchanging interdisciplinary perspectives and attitudes, e.g. from a medical, virological, resilience or psychological point of view (research, practice, science).
This creates a more complex picture of reality – an exploratory “both-and” instead of a hostile “either-or”. We are happy to give room in conversation to a plurality of scientific perspectives and original approaches to action – because change begins in consciousness and in the heart.
We want to move away from “being right” towards asking questions, e.g. of experts, on the basis of appreciation and connectedness. Each expert is, of course, responsible for the accuracy of their own statements. Let yourselves be inspired and touched.
