An interview by Peter Klein for the organisation “People for Love and Freedom (PFLAF)”

Whether fear of viruses, fear of (compulsory) vaccinations, fear of a health dictatorship or of economic collapse – fears are a central phenomenon in our modern society, and not only since the pandemic or the current threat of war. Although the victims of different fears differ on the surface and could even be set against each other during the corona period, deep down it is always the same fear: the fear of death.

In his newly published work “Angst frisst Seele” (Fear eats the soul), the physician specialising in naturopathy, psychotherapist, bestselling author and organiser of numerous seminars on physical, mental and spiritual healing wants to give people a compass for exploring the roots of our fears and finding ways out of the fear trap, so that we can lead a life in freedom and peace.

In the literature showcase, in conversation with Peter Klein, he gives an overview of how this can succeed and how we can become an open, broad, largely fear-free society again – one that can close the deep rifts and divides and nurture and spread joie de vivre and willingness to develop.

Dr med. Ruediger Dahlke, born in 1951, studied medicine in Munich and trained further as a physician in naturopathy and in psychotherapy. He worked as a psychotherapist from 1978 and is still active internationally as a fasting and seminar leader. At the beginning of 2012, the TamanGa seminar centre he founded near Gamlitz in southern Styria opened as a place of regeneration, education and training, and self-discovery. As a pioneer of holistic medicine, Dahlke is a sought-after expert for training courses. Many of his books have become bestsellers.
