ÖVR NEWS 03-2023
Will 2023 be the year of space energy or of energy innovations?
Problems, as we know, make people inventive! Never in the 19th and 20th centuries were we as far along as we are today. Many innovative energy technologies, and battery technologies too, are at the development stage and waiting to come onto the market. Among them is an energy technology which, according to its inventor, makes practical use of zero-point energy (= space energy etc.) to generate electricity free of charge. Andrea Rossi’s latest development is really impressive. The latest technical breakthrough is SSM (self-sustaining mode). In practice this means that no external power input is needed any more for the E-Cat “energy cube”, since a small part of the electricity generated provides its own supply.
An enormous increase in efficiency
Whereas with the first generation in December 2021 about 1 watt produced 100 watts through the E-Cat “energy cube”, it is now about 0.01 watts that delivers 100 watts. The increase in efficiency to 1:10,000 was also achieved with a different, namely cylindrical, housing and a larger internal volume and internal surface.
According to the data sheet, all future systems will be assembled from the small, very efficient E-Cat “energy cylinders”. No extra INPUT any more! Only 1–12 V DC at the OUTPUT.
Latest video by Andrea Rossi
A few days before the official LIVE stream of the latest E-Cat SSM generation, Andrea Rossi gave another interview:

We have also recorded parts of it in a transcript and translated them into German for you.
The LIVE stream clearly shows how a halogen lamp has been powered by an E-Cat “energy cylinder” with SSM (self-sustaining mode) for weeks, without an external power supply.
Yet another self-runner that isn’t allowed to exist
There are still sceptics who think that a magnetic motor cannot exist. Let alone self-runners associated with space energy!
This short film confirms once again that a clever arrangement of permanent magnets creates a self-runner that is regulated only by magnetic forces of attraction and repulsion. In the simple experiment you can also see the self-runner lighting a small lamp via a small dynamo.
NOTE: The magnets probably work for decades – unthinkable without space energy extraction, since otherwise the energy balance (the energy used to manufacture the magnet versus the mechanical work produced in the form of constant rotation) would never add up.
Here is the film:
Permanent magnets have very special properties, as are well presented and described in the ÖVR Facebook series “Wissenschaft ohne Dogmen” (science without dogmas).
New, more efficient electrolysis for hydrogen on the way
A video of about 10 minutes by Breaking Lab explains a new process for producing hydrogen by electrolysis (German). Researchers in Australia have developed a process that considerably increases the yield with even less energy input. Reportedly it yields up to 14 times more hydrogen with less energy required. The process is, however, still at an early stage.
At this point we would like to recall the Indian study from 2012 in which hydrogen could be produced about 30 times more efficiently with pulsed electrolysis, saving about 98% of the energy. This is impossible without space energy extraction!

Natural hydrogen from the Earth’s interior, and no one knows where it comes from
“The scientists were able to measure large quantities of hydrogen bubbling out of the seabed at a place called Lost City. Geologist Isabelle Moretti from the University of Pau and her team also recorded comparable flows of hydrogen at some hot springs and geothermal wells in Iceland.”
So reads a new article, which assumes that this absolutely pure, white, natural hydrogen should be renewable “to meet growing global demand for thousands of years”.
Is our knowledge ahead of its time?
Could our hypothesis of hydrogen in the Earth’s core be right after all? Isn’t it also responsible for regrowing abiotic crude oil and the gigantic deep water horizon? And for the expansion of the Earth? The gigantic expansion of the oceans since the Earth’s growth over millions of years?
Unthinkable without universal space energy, which constantly converts in the tiniest amounts into matter, such as the primordial element hydrogen in the Earth’s core, from where the other chemical compounds arise.

Next ÖVR press release 2023
Top success: premiere of the 2023 lecture tour under the motto “Energieautarkie durch Raumenergie” (energy self-sufficiency through space energy)
Successful opening event of the ÖVR tour on 26 February 2023
Under the above title and subtitle, the second ÖVR press release this year was sent to around 29,000 recipients in Austria on 13 March 2023. Austria finally needs alternatives to renewable energy sources such as wind and sun, whose intermittency poses a real technical challenge for grid operators. To our shame, we still have to import electricity in winter!
The ideal remedy is cosmic space energy, which is always available, everywhere and stably, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Some reactions from the audience
- “The event was excellent! Everything was absolutely interesting for me!” Christine F.
- “Fun and interestingly structured. There was a lot of information!” Christian S.
- “I liked the topic and the competence & likeable people” Christop D.
- “Very well presented. Thank you!” Franz A.
- “The highlights were Dr Rossi, the good mood and the enthusiasm” Angelika Sch.
- “I generally liked the content” Elisabeth K.
- “What I liked was the pleasant family atmosphere, the Rossi energy cube and the explanation of space energy” Hannes K.
The next ÖVR events in Vienna
- 26 March 2023 – unfortunately already fully booked!
- 25 March 2023 – a few places still available!
The ÖVR tour 2023 has 3 successful events behind it
On 25 and 26 March 2023, the next 2 follow-up events to the ÖVR premiere took place. Let us simply give the audience a say, in excerpts:
Opinions on the organisation & organisers …
- Warmth and hospitality
- Friendliness of participants and organisers
- Great buffet
- Very good, pleasant organisation
- Very good atmosphere and mood
… on information content & competence & presentation …
- Good overview of all new developments
- The breadth of information well presented
- Great new information, simply very good – excellent
- Variety of information and approaches to the topic
- Entertaining, understandable and humorous presentation
- Lots of information, presented in a relaxed way
- Everything was highly interesting, including the fact that questions could be asked
… on the HIGHLIGHTS from the guests’ point of view
- Space energy explained well in terms of physics
- It was all highlights – the detailed presentation on using space energy, energy self-sufficiency through space energy, the musical interlude of the rock song on the topic, and 2023 as the year of space energy has become more real

The biggest ÖVR TV campaign in ÖVR history kicks off in April
Under the title “Raumenergie als Lösung in der Energiekrise?” (space energy as a solution to the energy crisis?), another ÖVR press release was sent to around 28,000 addresses, journalists and decision-makers on 26 January 2023.
True to our motto “constant dripping wears away the stone”, we are the only ones in Austria who have always had a public presence since 2006, the year we were founded.
This time we used our favourite quotation from former NASA astronaut Brian T. O’Leary.
