ÖVR Congress NEWS no. 1: speakers at the anniversary congress

With the first issue of the “ÖVR Kongress NEWS” (ÖVR Congress NEWS) of 13 October 2026, the Österreichische Vereinigung für Raumenergie (Austrian Association for Space Energy, ÖVR) introduces some of the speakers at its anniversary congress. According to the ÖVR, the congress is to offer talks by practitioners and experts with deep knowledge of their subject.

Impeller experiment

The ÖVR says it has filmed an impeller experiment and had an ÖVR scientist evaluate its energy balance. According to the ÖVR, the evaluation showed an overunity effect of roughly 5,000 per cent, including under vacuum conditions. The ÖVR regards this as indirect proof of space energy. The newsletter does not mention any independent confirmation.

Thomas Bearden and the free energy scene

The physicist Dr Thorsten Ludwig has studied the work of Thomas Bearden and published a book about it. His talk is meant to be pitched at a popular-science level and to include short videos. According to the ÖVR, Bearden investigated, developed or co-developed almost 50 free energy devices.

Gravity machines by Veljko Milkovic

According to the ÖVR, the Serbian Veljko Milkovic has been building gravity machines based on pendulums and levers since 1954. They have reportedly been in practical use since 1999, and a pump model in Novi Sad, Serbia, was documented in 2003 at the latest. His aim is to make energy from gravity usable. After about 72 years, he has made an improvement to his invention. The talk will be accompanied by images and short videos.

Opening lecture: ÖVR since 2006

According to the newsletter, the opening lecture will be given by an engineer who invented AQUAPOL® in 1983 and, by his own account, discovered in 1991/92 how his space energy generator works. According to the ÖVR, more than 60,000 such generators have been used commercially. He was a co-founder of the ÖVR in 2006 and will present an Austrian and an international visibility study.
