Radiant heat: a healthy indoor climate with a feel-good guarantee

Radiant heat: a healthy indoor climate with a feel-good guarantee

Radiant heat as natural, pleasant warmth

Long-wave radiation passes through the air without heating it. It only turns into heat when it strikes a solid body (matter). This heating and the form of energy transport follow the laws of quantum physics. The room air is warmed only passively, via the bodies heated by the thermal radiation. The radiant heat of the skirting heaters does more than create a pleasant indoor climate: unlike radiators or convection heaters, skirting heaters (e.g. from Energy-Com) cause no disturbing air circulation – so no dust is stirred up.

The skirting heaters create a curtain of warmth on the wall, which thus becomes a source of radiation itself and radiates even warmth throughout the room.

The heated and therefore dry walls prevent cold bridges and thus also the growth of mould. This creates an ideal climate for people allergic to dust. But not only for them: everyone feels more comfortable here.

A healthy & energy-saving alternative: radiant heat for new biological approaches in heating technology

Skirting heaters are offered in two versions: as an electric heating system or as a water heating system. In both cases the skirting heater itself is identical.

Radiant heat distribution The water can be heated with any source and then distributed to the individual rooms via a heating-circuit manifold. Further information at:
