YILDIZ – now under the GAIA umbrella
We believe that what is inside should always be exactly what it says on the outside.
But where there is light, there are always moths. Muammer Yildiz, too, has so far been copied many times on the internet. Websites advertise unauthorised offers in order to profit from the Yildiz name and his technologies.
One thing is certain: Muammer Yildiz has many friends at universities, above all among renowned scientists. Some of them are so courageous that they would even discuss questions surrounding the term “perpetual motion” in front of rolling cameras. We have serious documents from technical universities which refute any doubts about its functionality and indisputably confirm energy production from magnetic force. Evidently this also holds the lure of quick monetisation. So it is hardly surprising that some people, by advertising with the Yildiz name and his magnet motor, scent big business with interested people as buyers. Yesterday we put a first stop to these free riders.
As part of our cooperation, Muammer Yildiz has therefore authorised GAIA to protect his trademark.
Since 4 March 2019 the trademark “YILDIZ” for all devices, machines and motors – in accordance with class 07 of the international Nice Classification – has been protected by GAIA at the DPMA (German Patent and Trade Mark Office). From now on we guarantee that if it says YILDIZ on the outside, there really is Yildiz technology inside.
We therefore point out that any products and services for sale relating to the Yildiz generator are only legitimate if they are offered by the GAIA Group and/or by Muammer Yildiz himself. Any other offers are to be regarded as dubious.
A brazen example of such dubious practice is an offer from Colombia.
Here, generators between 3 and 200 kW are offered for sale. But this is completely unfounded and we will take action against it accordingly*.
Anyone who notices further offers is asked to contact us and name the website concerned or send us meaningful documents.
Why are we doing this?
Because the whole subject of freely available forms of energy already has a negative image far too often. And not because of honest inventors, who often devote their whole lives to an idea and do their best to make a positive contribution to all our futures – but because of “profiteers”, who are usually ONLY interested in personal gain. We, too, have learnt from painful experience that “good intentions” alone are no guarantee of success.
But where the intention itself is dishonest, we will take action against it with equally strong motivation. We will soon be back with Muammer Yildiz and look forward to the next interim report on the GAIA by YILDIZ generator.
“Together we achieve what is denied to the individual”
*We will reward every tip that leads to the successful identification and prosecution of an unauthorised Yildiz offer with 10,000 GEP tokens (worth €100). The GEP token sale is expected to run only until 31 March 2019. We invite everyone interested to take part!
