A new variety of organic oranges

A new variety of organic oranges

We are pleased to announce that the entire crop of the organic Lanelate orange has been harvested.

Ruth PalomeroSo we have now started on the organic Valencia Late variety. This variety is our latest orange. The fruits are rather small and also more acidic than their sisters Navelina and Lanelate, but they are very juicy and have the incomparable taste of fresh, tree-ripened oranges.

As for the conventional oranges, we will continue to harvest our Lanelate in the coming weeks, which are also extremely tasty.

We will also soon start on the Raf “El Perelló” tomatoes. We are looking forward to it. Last year they were very popular with our customers, and we think they are excellent. As soon as they are available, we will let you know by email.

For years we have been pointing to direct shipping from Ruth Palomero’s plantation in València. There you can order oranges and mandarins directly from the farmer to your home, without any middlemen. It (almost) doesn’t get any fresher or more convenient. We gain nothing financially from orders. We are simply happy to recommend it.
