Autarkie & Me • Episode 10 • Albumin Carrier Therapy
10th broadcast of “Autarkie & Me” – ACT
In the tenth episode, Gerhard Pellegrini and Roberto Reuter, together with Michael Denck, founder of the Albumin Carrier Initiative, present a gentle and innovative form of treatment for tumours, metastases and inflammation. The Society for Self-Sufficiency (GAIA) and Radio SOL have shared a common commitment for years. In the series “Autarkie & Me” we look at topics that tend to get lost in the mainstream from different angles.
Topic: “ACT • albumin carrier therapy”
In this conversation Roberto Reuter of GAIA invited Michael Denck as his guest. Michael Denck is a speaker at medical congresses; at one event he met Dr Hannsjörg Sinn, the inventor of albumin carrier therapy and a biochemist at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). After retiring from the DKFZ for reasons of age, Dr Sinn continued to refine his research results privately. Michael Denck supported him in this and, after Dr Sinn’s death, continued his life’s work.
Albumin carrier therapy is a form of treatment for tumours, metastases and inflammation with few side effects. The active substance is coupled to albumin, a protein occurring in the blood, and is thus transported naturally directly into the tumour cells.

Targeted therapy for tumour diseases
A tumour consists of degenerated, uncontrollably growing cells that proliferate into the surrounding healthy tissue. Tumour cells multiply very quickly and therefore need much more energy and nitrogen compounds than healthy cells. To meet this need, cancer cells take up particularly large amounts of protein, especially serum albumin (HSA), from the blood, whereas healthy cells do not.
