Biophysical energy therapy – module 4

A look back at module 4 of the seminar series on biophysical energy therapy.

This module, on the theme of “energy therapy and the spine”, was a special experience for me as organiser and participant. As organiser, I had to deal with numerous changes at short notice. As a participant, the topic and the speakers Maria Zeggl and Leo Spindelberger gave me several moments of insight.

The spine is the central axis of our body and therefore plays a central role in our health. This understanding is much the same in all medical cultures.

The connections between the individual vertebrae and our psyche, the meridians and the reflex zones, and their correspondences to the rest of the body on the hands and feet, opened up further insights for me into how human beings work. Since I like to get to the bottom of things and understand the principles, what I heard set off quite a bit of reflection. As a result, a small group is meeting in calendar week 9/2020 to work further on the topic of “how health works”.

Anyone for whom “taking responsibility for one’s own health” matters and who would like further information is of course welcome to contact me: g.herrmann@gaia-energy.org.

Speakers in module 4

  • Dr Leo Spindelberger: General practitioner, specialist in occupational, environmental and nutritional medicine, TCM physician, trained in logotherapy and existential analysis according to Viktor Frankl

Outlook on module 5
