My name is Doreen, I was born in 1986, I love sweet things and I am a single mother of two girls. As a member of the Society for Autarky (GAIA), I use the platform to introduce myself to anyone interested. I have been working as a DGKP (registered nurse with an Austrian diploma in health and nursing care) for almost 20 years. I have lived in Sankt Johann im Pongau for over 10 years and, at the beginning of 2025, decided to work freelance as a DGKP and advance-care adviser, as this gives me and those seeking help more freedom in this field.

What I offer

A holistic assessment of your current physical and mental well-being. From my point of view, the following points are important:

- Health history and data on your current medical history (GDPR-compliant)
- Checking vital signs, with questionnaires to identify stress factors right through to hidden problems or situations in everyday life
Activating and maintaining physical and mental health
- Conversations, active listening, empathetic presence, pointing out resources
- General nutritional advice with general tips, based on my observations
- Use of essential oils
- Developing strategies for everyday life, e.g. for coping with stress, and much more
Individual relief in everyday life
- Help with and organisation of applications and “paperwork”, advance-care advice
- Shopping, errands to the doctor and pharmacies
- Networking with others (on request)
Temporary care and first aid
- Non-medical nursing and health care
- Initial prescription of medical aids

Shared goals

Ideally, my work should make it possible to maintain a self-determined life in your own home for as long as possible. In doing so, I respond to wishes and needs as well as to abilities and sensitivities. For me, holistic care is always individual and appreciative.

Available regionally and online

My area of work extends regionally about 30 km around Sankt Johann im Pongau, e.g. towards Schwarzach, Bischofshofen, Pfarrwerfen, Taxenbach and Wagrain. Online I am of course much more flexible. I look forward to getting to know you personally, to a call or an email.
