More humanity
A warm “Grüß Gott” and a cheerful “Servus”!
I already announced it in the article “Hand on heart”: this time the topic is communication. Paul Watzlawick’s sentence still resonates today: you CANNOT NOT communicate. Today I ask myself why many people no longer seem to know even the simplest manners of human interaction. At least that’s exactly how it sometimes seems to me! For many years we have been moving in the so-called “social media”, where things have been even more antisocial since 2020 than before. People discuss and comment with lots of “ifs” and “buts”, often pointlessly, without sense and without heart – and also without forms of address or greetings, without “please” and “thank you”.
A look back with a smile

I invite you to travel back in time with me in your mind – to the time before people began to type their correspondence in no time at all into some keyboard and fire it off via messenger or email. I mean precisely the time when letters were still mostly handwritten.
There were moments of musing, of weighing up and of empathising. Which form of address do I write? How do I begin? Sometimes everything was drafted, checked again and then written out “fair”. Checked once more, the paper crumpled up again and either started from scratch – or the realisation gained that the whole thing made no sense anyway, except that there was more clarity in one’s head and heart. When the letter was finished, you set off for the letterbox. Some letters were subjected to another examination of mind or heart on the way and ended up in the bin next to it rather than in the postbox.
People here and now

For some years we have been running our Telegram channel @seinundwirken (German), and we currently keep our comment function open twelve hours a day. We are grateful that the communication there is mostly mindful, respectful and warm. When I look around other channels, things look very different and keep astonishing me.
Overall, I increasingly notice that forms of address and greetings are missing – in comments, in text messages and in emails. When forms of address and greetings are missing, the human touch is missing for me. Don’t we all want a new world and finally to be truly human? Don’t we all want to be more present with and for each other? Wouldn’t it then be a good idea to show ourselves more humanely again and to communicate accordingly?
The general speechlessness
So much in the outside world has shaped us, as it did our parents and grandparents, and for many things even I hardly find the right words. All of us are on the way here and now: out of speechlessness and actively engaged in giving expression to ourselves, our voice and our whole being. The well-behaved, unfeeling “thank you” and “please” of our childhood days may give way to conscious presence and mindfulness and come entirely from the heart. The same goes for getting in touch in writing, or saying goodbye. If I imagine the person behind this phone number, the profile picture, the channel operator, the email address, as a living, ensouled human being, it is quite simple.
If I take time to concentrate with complete presence on the words and their energetic vibration, and to read them again and feel into them before sending, I raise communication to a new level. If I meet less mindful communication with full presence and from the heart, the likelihood of a correspondingly brighter response is extremely high.
I confess that I don’t always manage this 100 per cent either… but I practise present human warmth every day.
Warm greetings from my now into your now

It’s about the BREAKTHROUGH OF YOUR INNER STRENGTH!
SEIDU consists of two components:

- SEIDU hardware – the hardware generates a special biocompatible analogue low-level ultrasound signal that can restore physical and mental balance in a very short time and accelerate regeneration processes.
- SEIDU audio programmes – the “software” is based on research and many years of experience working with clients in coaching, hypnosis and reincarnation therapy. The audio content is modulated onto the analogue ultrasound signal and enters the body directly via the transducers resting on the skin. There it reaches the subconscious directly via the sacculus.
