ÖVR NEWS 02-2023

Will 2023 be the year of space energy?

Never before have so many people become so energy self-sufficient, or at least moved in the direction of energy self-sufficiency, as today. Never before has our blue planet had the chance to breathe again in the truest sense of the word, when you look at what is still emerging this year and what will come afterwards.

To raise awareness of the present and above all the future of the Earth, we recommend watching this music video by Gennady Papizh.

Our ÖVR member Hannes M. from Germany, who speaks Spanish, listened closely and wrote down some interesting statements:

Will the 10 kW MAGNETIC MOTOR from Turkey soon be ready for series production?

For several decades, the Turkish inventor Muammer Yildiz has been tinkering away to build a magnetic motor ready for series production. He has built and tested numerous prototypes, as can easily be seen in the film link below. There was another breakdown in December 2022, but the home straight is in sight for the magnetic motor.

A scientific lecture on this was given by the scientist Dr Jorge L. Duarte of TU Eindhoven. He has been accompanying Muammer Yildiz for some time and is mainly responsible for the measurement technology.

Iron-air batteries are about 10 times cheaper than lithium-ion

Mass production from 2024

A 140-year-old battery technology, further developed in MIT’s laboratories, will revolutionise energy storage, at least at grid level. It will go into production in 2024 in a new plant in West Virginia.

Since iron is much more common than lithium and also much cheaper, this could in the meantime stabilise the grids more economically. Weather- and time-of-day-dependent energy suppliers such as solar and wind power are, as is well known, currently the biggest weak point in the power grids.

It is time for more space energy generators to come onto the market to better carry and secure the so-called baseload in the grids.

ÖVR fully in the education phase as never before

Having reached about 1.5 million people with our good news in 2022, we are carrying on full steam in 2023!

A 4-page popular science article by our president appeared in the February 2023 issue of a Swiss journal called “Garten WEden”.

And that’s not all: the next series of specialist articles is starting in the well-known German Kent-Depesche. First an introductory article to which we were able to contribute: “Raumenergie – Die Energie der tausend Namen” (space energy – the energy of a thousand names), with definitions and traditions.

The energy of a thousand names (German)

This was followed by the second, somewhat more in-depth article with many quotations from well-known personalities.

“The simpler the theory, the closer it is to the truth” is one of the favourite quotations of our president, who managed to put theory into practice and fully developed 3 space energy technologies.

As it looks, we have achieved a major technical as well as theoretical breakthrough, amounting to a quantum leap in energy research.

Another ÖVR press release

Under the title “Raumenergie als Lösung in der Energiekrise?” (space energy as a solution to the energy crisis?), another ÖVR press release was sent to around 28,000 addresses, journalists and decision-makers on 26 January 2023.

True to our motto “constant dripping wears away the stone”, we are the only ones in Austria who have always had a public presence since 2006, the year we were founded.

This time we used our favourite quotation from former NASA astronaut Brian T. O’Leary.

Premiere of the ÖVR event tour 2023

On Sunday, 26 February 2023, the time had come for ÖVR members in Vienna!

The kick-off to the upcoming two-part ÖVR lecture tour 2023 with about 130 slides, 10 short films and a brand-new rock song entitled “Energieautarkie durch Raumenergie” (energy self-sufficiency through space energy), presented by the Space-Energy Rockers and a friendly association.

This new song brought the house down.

Some reactions from the audience

  • “The event was excellent! Everything was absolutely interesting for me!” Christine F.
  • “Fun and interestingly structured. There was a lot of information!” Christian S.
  • “I liked the topic and the competence & likeable people” Christop D.
  • “Very well presented. Thank you!” Franz A.
  • “The highlights were Dr Rossi, the good mood and the enthusiasm” Angelika Sch.
  • “I generally liked the content” Elisabeth K.
  • “What I liked was the pleasant family atmosphere, the Rossi energy cube and the explanation of space energy” Hannes K.
