More than ever we need step-by-step energy self-sufficiency for everyone.
That was the message from the more than 210 participants at the last LIVE space energy congress in Graz on 10 & 11 September. The LIVE congress, organised by Adolf and Inge Schneider and substantially supported by the ÖVR, was the best-attended space energy congress in Austria since the ÖVR was founded. The relative variety of the most diverse topics inspired and motivated many participants.
There were also great contributions for the “green thumbs” on environmental and plant protection, as well as soil moistening using space energy, even in areas close to deserts. On Saturday evening our president, together with 2 friends, also gave a small vocal and guitar concert. After the 2 days, everyone present was aware that the ultimate energy of the future can be the only and most efficient solution to our “energy problem”. More energy independence is the only answer to gas prices that have risen 4 to 5-fold and to electricity and fuel prices that have almost doubled!

GOOD NEWS: our government is rethinking and promoting not only energy self-sufficiency but also “energy exports” into the domestic grid
The sparrows are already singing it from the rooftops: with the slow switch from exhaust-emitting cars to e-mobility, more electricity from the grid will be needed. We insiders know that the final solution can only be e-cars powered by space energy, in order to escape the gigantic battery storage facilities, as the mining of their raw materials is highly controversial.
As always, Nikola Tesla was the PIONEER in this field, as can be seen from his quotation from 1922.
The inventor Maxwell Chikumbutso, known from THRIVE II, already demonstrated a small e-car powered by space energy in 2015. What is still missing is a courageous investor.
Back to the Austrian government:
Through a legal amendment in the Tax Amendment Act 2022 (Abgabenänderungsgesetz), from the 2022 assessment onwards, income of natural persons from feeding up to 12,500 kWh of electrical energy from photovoltaic systems into the grid is exempt from income tax, provided the bottleneck capacity of the respective system does not exceed 25 kWp. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE!!!
Andrea Rossi expands his range of power generators to reach the 1 million pre-orders faster
Nobody can really wait any longer for Andrea Rossi to start delivering the new kind of power generators. For well-known reasons, his investors have set him a rather high bar of 1 million pre-orders of the SKLep with 100 W output.
To reach this faster, he is offering 2 further sizes of power generators on the same basis.
The absolute MINI version delivers 10 W and costs only 25 USD. Of course this can only power LED lamps up to 10 W energy consumption, but still – LIGHT day and night free of charge. For commerce and industry, Rossi can supply 10,000 or 20,000 small SKLeps with 100 W OUTPUT in containers without inverters etc.
These containers with 1 or 2 MW OUTPUT could be used for all kinds of stand-alone solutions and would pay for themselves completely within 1.5–2 years at today’s crazy energy prices. In any case, 10 small MINI SKLeps then count as 1 SKLep with 100 W. And in the container version, 10,000 or 20,000 units are installed at once. This means the 1 million PRE-ORDERS can be reached more quickly.
According to an email from Andrea Rossi to us, he has already started production.

Driving with a water additive to produce hydrogen gas without the oxyhydrogen effect
Anyone who has had enough of fuel prices and this pricing policy, wants to make a statement for environmental protection and also save 20–40% on fuel costs should reserve 5 November 2022 in their diary for a planned workshop in Guntramsdorf. For safety reasons, the exact location will only be announced to those who register.
The plan is not only for IT professional Sven Mund, an expert in installing and tuning HHO devices for cars with combustion engines, to give a workshop, but also to present installations in participants’ cars. Sven Mund will probably bring tried-and-tested kits from Ireland, which can be bought and installed with his help on the day of the seminar.
In his talk at the space energy congress in Graz, Sven Mund also presented measurement results showing a measured but inexplicable energy surplus. Is space energy perhaps being extracted here?
