We are about to start shipping delicious, fresh oranges and mandarins from Valencia.

We are looking forward to the start of the season and to helping keep your immune system strong. As always, we do this with great joy and a sense of responsibility.

Every year there are new challenges in offering you the best citrus fruit. These include improving our customer service and the quality of our work and continuously adapting to the new challenges of sustainability. For this reason:

• we have installed a conveyor belt in our warehouse, which will reduce the physical strain on our employees. It also simplifies the sorting and packing process. Until now this process involved a lot of stress, as we only have a few hours between harvesting the oranges and shipping the packed boxes, and it was done entirely by hand. The conveyor belt will reduce this stress.
• The publication of a new regulation by the tax office concerning the application of VAT has forced us to adapt the website. You will notice small changes in the purchasing process. The application of these different VAT rates and the different transport costs to each country mean that from now on there are no longer uniform prices; they depend on the country to which the delivery goes.
• As a company that cares about environmental protection, we will replace the plastic that cushions the oranges with compostable material as soon as the plastic packaging still in stock has been used up. We have also converted another grove from conventional to organic farming.

For years we have been pointing to direct shipping from Ruth Palomero’s plantation in València.

There you can order oranges and mandarins directly from the farmer to your home, independently of intermediaries. It (almost) doesn’t get any fresher or more convenient. We have no financial advantage from orders. We simply like to recommend it.
