While we wait for the new season… pomegranates!

We are back from holiday with freshly oiled engines.

Ruth PalomeroWe look forward to handing out vitamins. We are especially pleased to be able to offer fresh pomegranates for the first time. We plan to ship them every Monday for a few weeks. The first shipment goes out next Monday, 31 August.

You can see the prices and shipping options and place your order on our usual website:

We very much hope you have had a good summer, which was probably different from previous ones because of the health and economic crisis into which this unusual virus has plunged society. Here, our whole team is healthy and raring to start the new orange season soon.

In the meantime, we have taken the initiative to sell the pomegranate harvest of our friend Leo Font. As we already told you in an earlier email, outside the orange season or in the off-season we would like to ship other fruit or vegetables from time to time that we think will interest our customers. That way we can continue our work, and that of our key staff, without seasonal interruptions.

As you probably know, the pomegranate is a very interesting fruit from a nutritional point of view and is valued for its health benefits, especially when eaten freshly harvested, as we offer it to you. You can read about the properties of this fruit here:

We hope you enjoy the pomegranates!

For years we have been pointing to direct shipping from Ruth Palomero’s plantation in València. There you can order oranges and mandarins directly from the farmer to your home, without any middlemen. It (almost) doesn’t get any fresher or more convenient. We gain nothing financially from orders. We are simply happy to recommend it.
