VTA hydropower project: sewage plant as power station
Dirty water produces green electricity
Some time ago the Upper Austrian broadcaster LT1 reported on the company VTA, an environmental pioneer in the Innviertel region, which has invented a world first. Its hydropower machine turns sewage plants into power stations. Just 9 litres of waste water are said to be enough to charge an electric car. Numerous members have told us about it, and we are happy to pass the information on.
