We Turn Teens into Holistic Entrepreneurs

GLASGEFLÜSTER (“whispers in a jar”)

Celine (14) has been on her educational path, free and self-determined, for 4 years. A few months ago the board of the TAPOJA association appointed her youth spokesperson. To fulfil her big dream of becoming a holistic horse trainer with her own horse retreat centre, she is setting intermediate steps in her 5-year plan and enriching the association’s DorfCoop initiative with her start-up GLASGEFLÜSTER. She is supported in this by the potential advisers of our Future Year initiative.

Celine would also like to expand her range to include gifts & small presents (HERZGEFLÜSTER, “whispers of the heart”) and to give other young people the opportunity to make products and offer them through her start-up in the DorfCoop.

The DORF-COOP initiative

“Every product should tell a story of local connection and a solidarity economy.”

The DorfCoop (village co-op) is an initiative of the free and independent economy working group. Anyone can easily take part. The aim is to shape the food supply together.

The ordered food and products are collected according to the requirement lists at the respective storage points of the DorfCoop initiative or, for example, on market day during our learning-village weeks (German).

Join the next DORFSCHMIEDE meeting

Once a month, our virtual clubhouse is a meeting space for everyone who wants to continue developing freely and self-determinedly and to share their ideas and experiences with others.

Here new plans & ideas can be forged, and our working groups can be actively supported.

The FUTURE YEAR initiative internship year – start-up teens

With the Future Year project, the Dorf-Campus initiative of the TAPOJA association sets alternative courses for young people aged 14 and over in a wide range of future directions.

The Future Year is a practice-oriented place of education and a year-long course in practical life skills (duration: 10 months) in which you organise yourself and shape your further steps in learning and life on your own responsibility, with the support of our advisers for your potential and coaching for you.

START-UP TEENS

👉 Our potential mentors and advisers support young people aged 14 and over from the idea through concept development to setting up the organisation and choosing a legal form.

👉 Shape your further steps in learning and life in a self-organised way and on your own responsibility, with the support of our potential advisers.

👉 Your project paper is confirmed by a certified youth coach and can be submitted for the Maturity Reflection©.

👉 We accompany the young people in their development for 10 months of practical life and work together on their visions at a practice-oriented location.

👉 Of course you will also receive a certificate of participation and a perspective report for your Future Year from us.

INTERNSHIP YEAR

👉 Gain insight into occupational fields such as editor, permaculture designer / bio-field coach, travel and event planner, potential adviser / learning companion, beekeeper, regional logistician, pilot or IT technician.

👉 We will also arrange 3 internships for you at companies in different occupational fields, each lasting 4 weeks.

👉 Our potential mentors and advisers support young people aged 14 and over in finding their professional interests and accompany them in their development for 10 months of practical life at a practice-oriented place of education.

👉 Shape your further steps in learning and life in a self-organised way and on your own responsibility, with the support of our potential advisers.

👉 Your project paper is confirmed by a certified youth coach and can be submitted for the Maturity Reflection©.

👉 Of course you will also receive a certificate of participation and a perspective report for your Future Year from us.
