We hope you all had a good holiday season! Just recently I was sent a very interesting contribution by email.

An alternative physician, Dr Dietrich Klinghardt, also spoke briefly about “free-energy techniques” at the Akasha Congress. He told of a physicist who worked seriously on cold fusion and supplied his laboratory in El Paso – as large as a football pitch – entirely with electricity from a very small unit.

He also spoke of scientists in Norway who used about 4 litres of water to run a unit that could supply 4 households with electricity for about a week. In Germany it was also tested in a car, which reached a top speed of 180 km/h and ran for about a week on 4 litres of water as fuel.

He sounds very credible to me, and so I recommend this six-minute excerpt from a longer talk of his:

He also mentioned a very well-known professor of bioengineering, Dr Gerald Pollack, who discovered a fourth phase of water and really clears away many DOGMAS about water in his book. He, too, was able to confirm the “water energy technology” mentioned above. I am reading it at the moment and can only recommend it as an understandable read with many illustrations (at the end of the short paper).

What do we learn from this? Technologically speaking, clean energy technologies have existed for a long time in which, in my view, space energy is very probably involved, coupling into an open system through certain resonance principles in order to increase the energy output. Klinghardt’s contribution reflects very realistically the suppression in the hottest field of the third millennium.

There is nothing one can do about it – some of you will think! Well, one can ALWAYS DO SOMETHING, as we have been proving since 2007.

What could you personally do?

1. Help spread awareness of this subject by forwarding this newsletter – with a few personal lines – to friends, acquaintances, your network, Facebook etc.
2. Become an ÖVR member, supporting awareness on a larger scale such as TV reports, press releases and radio programmes, which reach thousands of people.
3. Become an ÖVR sponsor, to make even bigger campaigns possible.

CALL TO TINKERERS

Here is a call to tinkerers who work, or would like to work, on splitting water into hydrogen. Our opinion: VERY PROMISING – because water is abundant and elements such as lithium & co. for batteries will one day run out.

I am a HOBBY inventor and hold several patents (see www.klaar.at, German) in the field of oxyhydrogen production and its immediate use as an energy carrier. I now have another idea, and to build a prototype for it I am looking for a retired colleague in Vienna, Lower Austria or Burgenland who would like to take part and also has experience in this field. He should bring time, “spanner skills” for a small diesel engine AND good electronics skills to the collaboration.
