Temple of health
Your health is in your own hands.
This series of impulses aims to support you in creating a healthier, freer and easier life. I am very happy to share the first health impulse with you today.
- Do you finally want clarity about which pillars your health really stands on?
- Or which decisive step your state of health stands or falls by?
- Why is it important to give up unhealthy behaviour NOW?
Here we go: my health impulse for you today:
Today I would like to introduce you to my temple of health, which is the basis for all further impulses and is very important for giving you a clear direction right from the start. The design of this temple is based on the knowledge of Dr Max Otto Bruker, a very successful specialist in internal medicine in Germany.
According to Dr Bruker, all diseases can be divided into 3 groups of causes. In the visualisation of the temple of health, I have simplified these terms to:
- Diet
- Lifestyle
- Environment
The temple of health is also meant to show you what happens if you don’t look after your health NOW. Enjoy the video.

My enthusiasm for all topics that promote health and help to maintain it for longer has accompanied me all my life. I have been successfully applying everything that, for me, is part of a healthy lifestyle to myself and my family for years. At the very top is a healthy, natural diet – and of course mental health!
Let’s work on your health together.
The great benefit for you:
- More time for yourself
- A feeling of freedom through self-determined action
- You need medical help less and less often
- Mental strength helps you “discharge” conflicts immediately
- You can manage to avoid around 80% of all illnesses
- You can enjoy a much easier & more relaxed life
- Healthier children who are not constantly ailing
Who am I?
I originally come from the beautiful upper Mühlviertel and have been living in Vienna with my husband for 13 years. It has always been my great passion to accompany people in crises, simply to listen and to encourage them to try new paths too.
