As we age, we steadily lose minerals and trace elements

that are a natural part of our body and an important building block of our body’s energy. Silicon is a trace element whose levels in the body decline most sharply from the age of 30. Silicon is the second most abundant element in the Earth’s crust and is involved in all of our body’s metabolic and cell-renewal processes.
