Welcome to the new GAIA website

Fresher, faster and closer to our community

A familiar place presents itself completely anew: as of today, the new gaia-energy.org platform is online. With the relaunch we are laying the technical and design foundations for a modern platform that connects information, exchange and working together even better. On your first visit, the new, fresh look stands out above all. The content is more clearly structured, important topics are quicker to find and loading times are noticeably shorter. We paid particular attention to mobile use: whether smartphone, tablet or computer – the new GAIA website adapts to each device and gives clear, pleasant access to our posts and offers.

Find what really interests you

With the growing number of publications, projects and topics, better orientation became more and more important. That is why the structure of the platform has been reworked from the ground up. Content is now easier to discover and quicker to open. That leaves more time for what matters: getting to know new ideas, understanding connections and getting actively involved.

A protected space for members

An important innovation is the clear separation between the publicly accessible area and the internal members’ area. Internal information, functions and content thus get their own protected space. Access has also been greatly simplified: in future, members can log in with their registered email address – without having to remember yet another password. The personal login link is conveniently sent by email.

Publishing your own content more easily

GAIA has always lived from people who share experiences, observe developments, present projects and open up new perspectives. On the new GAIA platform it is much easier for members who want to publish their own posts to submit and manage content – an email with an image and a draft text is enough. The new administration lowers technical hurdles and thus supports exactly what distinguishes our community: knowledge should not only be consumed but expanded together.

The newsletter functions have also been renewed. In future we can prepare information in a more targeted way, accompany publications better and keep our readers more reliably informed about new posts, projects and developments.

A new beginning on a solid foundation

The new GAIA website is more than a visual overhaul. The new platform is a technical fresh start and at the same time the next step for a community that has been looking for solutions, sharing knowledge and connecting people for many years.

Not every detail is finished yet. In the coming days we will continue to optimise, add content and incorporate experience from day-to-day operation. Comments and feedback from our members and readers are expressly welcome.

We warmly invite you to explore the new platform, rediscover familiar things and be part of its further development.
