So you can simply work with personal registrations by email or phone to you, or let the system take bookings and issue and send tickets. Yes, even a cool check-in via QR codes is possible.

Registration on gaia-events.org is free of charge and your data is stored securely with us. If you like, you can store your name and email so that bookings / reservations are pre-filled quickly and conveniently. Of course, it is still possible to sign up for events without registering. Subscribing to the event newsletter is separate in any case and does not depend on registration.

After registering as a user, fill in the short form Become an organiser (German) to add your events to gaia-events.org independently yourself. For events with an admission fee, you can choose between several payment methods:

Payment on site
By bank transfer to you
Via PayPal
Entering your Stripe credentials to route debit & credit card payments directly to you

If you wish, our editorial team will support you through all the steps at the beginning. You are not alone with questions about adding your event or about bookings. GAIA Events backend

Have your event sent automatically by newsletter to thousands of subscribers at the weekend after it is published. Our editorial team can also design a layout of its own for newsletters customised for you.

And that’s not all. You can also import your subscribers (or have them imported) and handle your previous mailings automatically via GAIA Events (or have them handled). As every subscriber can personalise their profile after signing up, you can generate even more interest in yourself and your topics.
