Yildiz 2023: a new presentation in Izmir and a measurement concept

After the test in Belluno was broken off in 2019, things went quiet around Muammer Yildiz. He returned to Izmir to repair the motor and then had to undergo two heart operations. All the more surprising, for many, was an invitation in December 2022: “Welcome to a new era of energy generation”. The editors of the NET-Journal learned of it through a message from Roberto Reuter of GAIA and flew there.

The presentation

On 17 December 2022 around thirty guests, researchers and business people alike, gathered in a hotel in Izmir. Dozens of models of earlier designs stood along three walls – an impression of how much work and money has gone into the project. In the middle stood the 7.5 kW motor from Belluno; it had since been optimised and now delivered 10 kilowatts.

What was demonstrated live was the smaller motor that the editors had already seen near Nuremberg in 2008 – now with a propeller as the load. Yildiz pulled a cotter pin, the motor started, the propeller turned and made a din. After about 30 minutes it was switched off because otherwise no one could talk. The earlier problem of magnets coming loose seemed to have been solved.

Dr Jorge Duarte, who has accompanied the project scientifically since 2005, explained how it works as a coupling of magnetic spins to the quantum vacuum – that is, as energy conversion, not as a perpetual motion machine. Yildiz himself spoke of an artificially created monopole as the core of his secret.

An investor and a measurement concept

In Izmir the editors represented a major German investor who wanted to put 50 million euros into completing and marketing the motor – on condition that a motor be tested on his estate in Germany. Yildiz refused to have it transported but agreed to measurements in Izmir.

Thereupon Klaus Rauber, a graduate engineer who had followed the presentation at close range, drew up a professional measurement concept and presented it in spring 2023. A completed result of these measurements is not documented in the NET-Journal.

The state in 2026

The NET-Journal’s coverage ends in 2023. The specific magnet arrangement is described in the patent family WO2009019001 / DE102007037186B3. In 2018 Jorge Duarte published a working paper on modelling the motor at Eindhoven University of Technology, which is listed in the university’s repository. Whether and where Yildiz continues to work today is not clearly apparent from public sources.

Assessment

Over more than a decade and a half there were numerous demonstrations, an academic companion and a patent – but no independent, closed long-term energy balance. The pattern repeats itself: tests are announced, fail because of conditions or are not completed. The patent and Duarte’s working paper show how the motor is built and how it is interpreted theoretically; they do not prove that it delivers energy continuously.
