Neutrino Energy – premiere of two new projects

A 2 kW Power Cube and “Neutrino 12742”

The international Neutrino Energy Group is known as a pioneer of technological innovation. It researches and develops converters for generating baseload-capable renewable energy from components of radiation invisible to us. Two further projects are now being added to the developments of the Neutrino® Power Cube and the Car Pi. In an announcement to GAIA, Holger Thorsten Schubart, CEO of the Neutrino Energy Group, explained the two projects in more detail.

The Neutrino® Power Cube is an energy converter. It is designed for consumers of energy in normal household quantities. The output of this “energy cube” is to be between 5 and 6 kW, enough to produce sufficient electricity for end consumers in households. Graphene and silicon play key roles in the energy conversion. Numerous scientific studies have shown that invisible cosmic radiation has been reaching and penetrating the Earth’s surface incessantly for millions of years. As they pass through graphene, these radiation particles create microscopically small waves. Graphene “harvests” this energy and – put simply, and provided the surface is large enough – can release it for use as electricity.

Energy generated in this way is available 24/7, which means that, unlike current forms of renewable energy, it can be used as baseload power at the point of consumption. The first version of the Neutrino® Power Cube will weigh around 50 kg and measure around 80 x 40 x 60 cm. This makes it ideal for stationary applications.

The Neutrino® Power Cube as a mobile charging station

The newly announced little brother of the Neutrino® Power Cube is to deliver 2 kW of power and thus support existing e-mobility.

Electric cars, for example, can be recharged while parked. Parking time is thus effectively turned into charging time, wherever you are. It also offers a decisive advantage for everyone who relies exclusively on charging stations to “refuel”, or who want to increase their range. In fact, anyone who lets their imagination run a little can find many more advantages of this design for themselves. Sizes and dimensions are not yet known, but they will be “boot-sized”, Holger Thorsten Schubart assured us in the interview. He also assured us that the necessary liquidity is in place and – which particularly pleases us – that ongoing planning for the “big” Neutrino® Power Cube will not be delayed as a result.

We are very happy about this decision by the Neutrino board members – the international management of the Neutrino® Energy Group – because we had suggested smaller solutions at every meeting.

Neutrino® project 12742

Also announced was a project with the working title “Neutrino 12742”. At first glance the name sounds cryptic. But the picture quickly becomes clearer if you look up (German) the Earth’s mean diameter on the internet and combine it with the global work of the Neutrino® Energy Group and its pursuit of independence.

Project 12742 is a communication project: the aim is to use neutrinos as carriers for direct communication from any place on Earth to any other. According to current knowledge, this could increase speed, signal density and transmission capacity – without the harmful side effects that come with carrier waves in the gigahertz range. That sounds ambitious. But after internal scientific evaluation, the company is convinced that the future of communication can be shaped this way. From today’s perspective, neutrinos pass through our planet effortlessly. So it makes sense to try to use them as carriers of information. To anyone now shaking their head, or who already knows reasons why exactly this shouldn’t work, we recommend a statement by Albert Einstein.

“You can recognise a really good idea by the fact that its realisation seems impossible from the outset.”

Project 12742 is designed for the longer term. In the interview its financing from the company’s own funds was described as secured. The entire Neutrino® Energy Group, with its staff of ambitious scientists, has set out – and is brave enough – to make new technologies usable for everyone. The recent past has shown that setbacks and obstructions are regarded as challenges and that solutions are sought rather than giving in to problems. It remains exciting.
