Looking for help on Tewari Generator

Seeking information on this project from the 2003 time frame.

The photo shows Mr. Tewari with a professor and assistant, we believe in Germany, but perhaps elsewhere in Europe. The machine shaft was bent during operation and the project was abandoned.

Anyone with information please contact me,Toby Grotz, at tobygrotz@icloud.com. Preferrably pls answer in english, but I can use translator from German too.Thank you.
