Industrial alliance for neutrino technology
Industry in upheaval: an offer instead of job cuts
While parts of German industry are under structural pressure, the Neutrino® Energy Group is renewing its public letter to the management and the central works council of Robert Bosch GmbH. At its core is an industrial-policy offer to safeguard up to 13,000 jobs at risk – not through subsidies, but through a technology-based production partnership.
The focus is on neutrinovoltaic technology and the industrial scaling of the “Power Cube” systems. According to the company, investments of more than one billion euros are planned for this – from its own funds. The initiative is described as a fully financed concept, accompanied by cooperation with an auditing firm to secure it structurally and legally.
The line of argument is clear: existing manufacturing capacities and industrial expertise should not be dismantled but transferred into new high-tech production.
Technological core: graphene-based energy harvesters
The letter and the new press release specify the technological framework of a possible cooperation. The focus is on highly integrated, graphene-based non-equilibrium harvesters that are designed to convert permanent ambient excitations into directed electrical energy.
Among other things, they describe:
- graphene-silicon heterostructures with defined doping
- controlled non-equilibrium states at the nanoscale
- integrated rectification architectures
- low-loss electron extraction
- modular scalability for industrial series production
The systems are said to have been designed from the outset to be compatible with existing high-precision manufacturing environments. A more in-depth technical evaluation – such as material analyses, load-profile studies and scaling simulations – could take place as part of confidential review processes.
Strategically, the Neutrino Energy Group is thus addressing not only technology development but also industrial capacity-utilisation prospects over several years – with potential employment effects in the high-tech sector.
Political dimension and public appeal
The letter of 7 October 2025 is expressly formulated as an open letter. It refers to earlier attempts at talks which, according to the company, were unsuccessful, and names political short-sightedness and lobby interests as obstacles. At the same time, it calls for public discourse: every person or institution aware of the content is called upon to contribute objectively to spreading a constructive solution. The tone is ambitious in terms of industrial policy: the proposed partnership is described as an opportunity to open a “new chapter in German industrial history”. In doing so, the company combines technology-driven innovation narratives with labour-market arguments and questions of industrial location.
Open letter from the Neutrino Energy Group
Berlin, 7 October 2025
Ladies and gentlemen, dear members of the management, dear members of the central works council,
I am addressing this open letter to you and at the same time to the public because we – as the Neutrino Energy Group – can no longer stand by in silence while, in a country full of knowledge and engineering skill, thousands of excellently trained people lose their jobs, although viable, privately financed solutions have long been available.
For years we have been working with leading scientists and engineers on a new form of energy generation: neutrinovoltaic technology – a weather-independent, clean and decentralised energy source that was developed in Germany, was long controversial, but is now attracting attention worldwide.
We have a fully financed concept with which all 13,000 jobs at risk at Bosch could be preserved – not as a subsidy, but as genuine, productive value creation.
The necessary funds – > 1 billion euros – of our own money are ready for this.
We are writing this letter publicly because earlier talks and proposals, despite repeated efforts, have failed due to political short-sightedness and economic lobby interests.
Instead of seizing opportunities, doors were closed – and with them the prospects of thousands of highly qualified people.
We do not want to accept this. For behind every job at Bosch there is skill, experience and pride – an innovative strength that must not be dismissed but led into the future.
Our initiative envisages integrating the existing manufacturing capacities and competencies at Bosch into a joint Neutrino PowerCube Programme 2030 – an industrial production of modular energy converters that could put Germany at the forefront of a new generation of energy worldwide.
We do not come with demands, but with solutions, technology and capital.
Together with you and with the employees of Bosch, we want to show that the transition to a sustainable industry does not mean dismantling but building up.
Our door is open – and it remains open for talks with the management, the works council, the workforce and anyone responsible who is willing to act in the interests of the people and of Germany as an industrial location.
With sincere respect for the work of your colleagues and in firm belief in the strength of this workforce,
We do this with the fullest conviction and in the firm belief that such a partnership between Bosch and the Neutrino Energy Group would not only secure jobs, but open a new chapter in German industrial history.
To underpin our initiative structurally and legally, we are working with Pfluger GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Baden-Baden / Karlsruhe.
As proof of our seriousness and transparency, we enclose with this letter the concept paper “Future partnership Bosch – Neutrino Energy Group” and the commercial register extract of Neutrino Energy Property GmbH & Co. KG.
This concept paper describes the technical, economic and social basis of a possible sustainable cooperation between Robert Bosch GmbH and the Neutrino Energy Group. It was prepared with the support of experts from science, industry and finance.
Every person, institution or organisation that becomes aware of this letter or its contents is expressly called upon and asked to speak openly and objectively about its content in the interest of preserving jobs and to contribute to spreading a constructive solution. Silence, holding back or political manoeuvring can no longer be considered an option in this matter.

Press release of 18.02.2026: Neutrino Energy Group underlines interest in an industrial partnership with Bosch
The Neutrino® Energy Group reaffirms its strategic interest in a possible industrial cooperation with Robert Bosch GmbH for the further development and series production of highly integrated, graphene-based energy modules in Germany.
Conclusion Technology as a lever for industrial sovereignty
The offer to Bosch is more than a proposal for cooperation. It is an industrial-policy signal: capital, intellectual property and production expertise are to be pooled in order to anchor a new category of decentralised energy generation industrially.
Whether there will be a more in-depth examination or even implementation lies in the strategic decision-making processes of the parties addressed. Regardless of this, the initiative touches on a central question of the coming years:
How can technological innovation be used to secure industrial independence, economic value creation and qualified employment in the long term?
The debate about neutrinovoltaics, graphene architectures and industrial scaling exemplifies this field of tension between vision, validation and responsibility.
